Problem
Knowledge Base articles lack clear ownership; responsibility for keeping articles current is ambiguous.
Request
Add ability to assign articles to a teammate or teammate group to clarify maintenance responsibility.
I'd put this more generally: Be able to assign articles to specific people to review, edit, publish, etc. Possibly have them be notified upon different events, such as updates, review dates, etc.
