Occasionally, I would like to speed up the delay. For example, when I'm actively on a call with someone and need to email them quickly.

Filter message templates

Instead of seeing only 4 recent templates, and then ALL templates and having to scroll through everyone's, can we either increase the RECENT section or be able to filter by our own personal templates?

Limit team signatures only to certain teammates

Option for the company administrator to assign a signature to a particular person. Currently you can only assign a signature to an inbox.

Don't require signature to set sender info

Currently, in order for the sender's name to appear in an email to the recipient, a signature must be used. It would be nice to pull the sender's name from their Front profile or allow it to be set elsewhere without the need to create a signature....
