Sometimes we need to amend the subject line and it would be helpful to be able to choose to see it automatically in drafts rather than having to manually open it each time.

Customize the default time of 'Day & Time' snooze option

As a user who leverages snooze frequently, I'd like to change the 'Day & Time' snooze option to default to when I start my day (at 8am, instead of 9am), after a date is selected. I'd be able to snooze conversations accurately, with less clicks.

Support syncing non-email messages to Hubspot and Salesforce with "send to" rules

Bcc's and rule actions can already be used to log emails to Hubspot and Salesforce, but not other kinds of messages (e.g. SMS messages).
