Add Holidays to Business Hours

It would be great if we could add National Holiday closures as part of our company business hours.

Extend Shifts functionality to include Busy status instead of just out of office.

This is useful since members of my sales team want to make sure that we get our direct communications, but I'd like the new group emails to go to the next available rep. I have a team that mixes both direct and group emails.

It would be nice not to include "Best, Name" when using AI compose because this is already part of our signatures. This requires the users to remove it every time.

Configure business hours and shifts as a calendar

Instead of "From 9 to 5 from Mon to Fri", be able to say "From 9 to 5 from Mon to Fri, except on Dec 25, Jan 1, etc". This allows to take plan for holidays, teammate PTOs, company events, etc.

Taskbar icon to turn gold (or other color) when a new email comes in

Like Outlook, it'd be nice if (when a new email came in) not only would the Front have the number counter on the taskbar icon increase, but also if the icon turned a different color. Outlook turns the icon gold when a new email arrives so you can ...
