Add resolved by AI column to the AI Answers analytics export
Another feedback regarding the "Export AI Answers history" : could you add a column "is_solved_by_ai", at least in the All conversations option, to see the rate of success ?
Better search/filter/organization for Knowledge Base redirects
Would be helpful to be able to search redirects by the original or new destination slug to better understand what redirects exist. Better organization and filtering for different views. List KB redirects in order of most recently updated.

Provide visitors with a single URL to retrieve all conversations
Have a URL in the visitors’ browser bookmarks in order to check every open conversation and not to have to dig between all the emails to check for a link.
