Ability for multiple people to edit chatbot flow at once

Only one admin can currently edit the chatbot flow at a time. Would it be possible to support multiple admins editing it at the same time?

Option for app badge counters to show read/unread conversation.

Hubspot integration - Show rule has taken place

When using a rule to log messages in Hubspot, show that the rule has taken place like with other rules in Front.This was you can be quite sure a message has been logged from Front to Hubspot

Keep chat open past business hours settings

We noticed that when we are in the middle of a conversation with a customer, that if the business hours rules are enacted, the chat will shut down automatically. It would be nice if we had the option to continue an active chat past business hours.

Merge convos in different lists

We need to be able to merge conversations that aren't in the same list (ie. merge an "open" with an "assigned" or "archived". Related: would be much more efficient to be able to do this from within an open convo (by searching on ID or subject line).

Create an email from discussion

Ability to initiate an email message from within an ongoing Discussion. Ideally a colleague can start a discussion, and after we figure things out we can send an email to whatever was the subject, and keep the history of what was discussed.
