Toggle Message Quote - Keep In Same Location

At the moment, to expand the quoted text / history below, the three dots move to the bottom of the email chain to be able to collapse it again... I'd love for that to just stay where it is after I expand the quoted text so I can collpase it without having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the email to collapse the history. Gmail does it the way that makes sense to me, if that helps clarify the request
