Allow creation of empty teammate groups

Allowing admins to create empty teammate groups so they can better plan and organize groups. Sometimes teams will want to create groups before adding teammates and currently this is not possible as you cannot create an empty group.

Increase the character limit for Front Chat

The limit is set to 2000 characters currently, it would be nice if this could be increased to avoid needing to send multiple messages or direct the customer to another form of communication i.e. email when dealing with a more complex inquiry.

Just like in outlook, your personal Front contact list should be visible in your phone under contacts/directory. Also, when chosing which accounts to sync (google, outlook, sim, etc) there is no option for Front, hence my saved contacts from work ...

An admin can view which teammate Groups a given teammate belongs to, but it can only be edited from the teammate Groups. This means that I want to add a user to multiple teammate Groups I must navigate to each one.
