[context] AI features to support attachment as context (e.g., Suggested Reply, AI Answer)
Many KB articles and conversations contain images and other file types with critical content. We'd like to have them used as important context for resolution and be added to the draft.
Instead of "From 9 to 5 from Mon to Fri", be able to say "From 9 to 5 from Mon to Fri, except on Dec 25, Jan 1, etc". This allows to take plan for holidays, teammate PTOs, company events, etc.
In audit logs, I need to be able to see additional info such as who linked a contact to an account, which contact was updated, which account custom field was updated

We want more language support for the translate action in AI compose and the AI message translation feature. Languages like: Norwegian Hungarian Czech Latvian Lithuanian
Custom message order so that the most recent email in a conversation thread is shown at the top
Ability to change the order in which new messages are displayed in a thread. Today, the oldest message is at the top, and the most recent is at the bottom.
