Sort conversations with newest messages first

Problem
Conversations always show the oldest message at the top, forcing users to scroll to the bottom for the most recent reply.

Request
Allow changing message display order so the most recent message appears at the top of a conversation thread.

Enabling this feature would ensure that users are always operating/responding to the most recent message. Improving accuracy, efficiency, and overall user experience.

The order messages arrives has been one of my biggest hurdles when onboarding new members from Microsoft to Front.

I just replied to an email from a team manager about why his Outlook is having problems and offered to use the new Outlook or Front... The first response he gave me about not wanting to adopt Front was precisely this feature of not showing the newest email at the top...

Showing the most recent email at the top would significantly speed up and simplify message handling. It reduces scanning time, makes it immediately clear what the latest action or request is, and improves readability in longer conversation threads. Overall, it helps process messages more efficiently and with fewer errors.

Other mail readers offer the ability to see newest email in a conversation on the top. If you are switching to use Front as your mail reader, not having this ability at all complicates learning a new tool by having to retrain ingrained behaviors.

It would dramatically help my confidence that I have seen all new messages. I often miss the new ones when they need to be scrolled to. This has happened more times than I can count.

Furthermore, this would speed up my workflow as I often have long conversations and getting to the bottom / latest message I need to read is more cumbersome having to go to bottom.

And lastly, for some it is a preference and just makes more sense. Therefore makes them more efficient as it feels natural.

I was asked the question "Could you say more about the impact on your workflow?" and "can you say more about how this would impact your confidence and efficiency?".
This feature is available in Google and Outlook. I know that Front wants to be different and break boundaries, but directing yourself from the top of the page to the bottom is a natural flow for any website, PDF, document, or program that you are viewing on a computer.
On the Front mobile application, it takes longer to sift through a longer, more in depth email conversation to be able to reply to the newest email thread. While it doesn't have to be the only option, it should be an added setting features that lets the user change to their preference.

As my company admin I get asked this nearly weekly. Please prioritize.

Can you please add a way to make the messages cascading from newest to oldest - OR add a setting to show the most recent activity FIRST and I can scroll up as required to review past actions?

I've got people in my organization saying this is the only thing holding them back from using Front.

This is our #1 piece of negative feedback on Front! This is a giant time waster and productivity killer for our team. Please please please make this update!

basic feature seems to have been overlooked by the dev team. This is a basic feature of all email apps.

This has to be done. I'm this close to moving out of Frontapp just because of that.

Certainly one of the most frustratingly absent features of Front.

Super important, especially for mobile users. It's a big issue for most of our staff who have migrated from Microsoft.

Please make this happen as soon as possible. It is challenging for new users to adapt to this display and inability to arrange mails in order of preference.
