Require tag: add new tags to the list automatically

Idea: "select a tag among children tag of tag X" This would be very helpful if you have a "Incident type" list of tag and you add new types as they happen.

Delegate all inboxes but not private discussions

At the moment you cannot delegate all inboxes of a member of staff without showing all their private discussions. But if you turn off delegation and select their inbox, you can then no longer see assigned emails etc.

Like in a web browser if we could go back to the previous page (conversation in this case) it would be pretty usefull for merging and "linking" conversation together.
