Have an easily accessible button to jump to the top of a conversation

We want to begin using the auto replies, but it only replies back to the actual sender. Not the email addresses within CC etc.

Currently, the Live Dashboard allows to count the snoozed conversations only for non-ticketing inboxes. For ticketing inboxes, there's no way to distinguish waiting conversations that are snoozed or not.

Is it possible to minimize email drafts in the main inbox view to copy and grab other information from my calendar, other emails, etc? This is a great feature in Gmail to be able to pop back and forth quickly as you piece your email together from ...

Capabilities for predictive text when composing an email

Currently chatbots are only available for Front Chat. We would like to use chatbots across other channels like SMS and WhatsApp as well.

Can Front support merging chat conversations? It is only possible, right now, to merge emails and tweets.
