Really important for us — if users are reporting technical issues, we can short cut a lot of annoying back and forth if we know where they are, what browser and device they are using. Most people don't answer the question "What browser are you using?" correctly. At the moment we need to surface it in a message step which looks weird and isn't a great customer experience.
