Support ticket threads can get long, and when reviewing them, it's often necessary to look at the first message a user sent in. Currently, Front requires that I scroll up, wait for more messages to load, scroll up again, wait for more messages to load, etc. until I reach the first message. I do this numerous times every day.
One possibility here is just to get rid of that loading; if I could just scroll all the way up without having to wait for more messages to load, that would save time (or I could use the "home" key on my keyboard to jump to the top). Another option is a button at the top of the current view: "Jump to top" mirroring the "Jump to bottom" button.
