Support ticket threads can get long, and when reviewing them, it's often necessary to look at the first message a user sent in. Currently, Front requires that I scroll up, wait for more messages to load, scroll up again, wait for more messages to load, etc. until I reach the first message. I do this numerous times every day.
One possibility here is just to get rid of that loading; if I could just scroll all the way up without having to wait for more messages to load, that would save time (or I could use the "home" key on my keyboard to jump to the top). Another option is a button at the top of the current view: "Jump to top" mirroring the "Jump to bottom" button.
I would find this useful! Having to scroll endlessly in order to get to the very first email in a chain (that often holds the most vital information for action) could be improved. Would be a nice time saver!
This would be very helpful for our organization! We have some very long conversations with our clients, and being able to jump to the top to start viewing everything chronologically and post-mortems would save a lot of time.

Agreed - conversions with long message count can become a pain to scroll and sometimes it glitches and you have to start the scroll to the top again
