Smaller Chat icon on mobile experience

Adapt the size on the chat widget launcher to be smaller on mobile phones. Now it's quite large and takes up little bit too much space.

Show "Last Modified" date for Templates

In the list of shared templates, expose the date that each template was last edited. This is useful for finding out-of-date templates that have not been updated recently.

Land at last unread message instead of last activity when opening a conversation

Toggled or custom shortcuts

CTRL + ENTER to send trips me up all the time, and I have to fumble to hit undo before the half baked email gets sent. I would like the ability to turn off this lone shortcut, or set a custom one that's much harder to trigger by mistake.
