Right now, when I am in an inbox, the top shows filtered such as open, archived, and snoozed. I would love to be able to see drafts that are shared with the team with access to the inbox there as well.

Teams that deal with sensitive content that may be subject to audit are looking for a way to take a snapshot of all content (emails/comments) on a conversation so they can store it elsewhere.
Some users like using the snooze function. But we may have a bit of trouble if something is snoozed but reappears while the assigned person is Out of office status. Then the thread is unassigned and we can lose track of it. Not a big emergency but...
Rule data sets are currently manually maintained or limited to 500 rows for a CSV import. API access to manage this would give an avenue to maintain this in a non manual way and reduces chances of errors occurring
The ability to tag drafts would be useful so that the user is allowed to "sit" on an email for a while, and not forget to tag it after sending. Currently, the only way to apply a tag to a draft is to schedule it for sending later, and then cancel ...
Currently, in order for the sender's name to appear in an email to the recipient, a signature must be used. It would be nice to pull the sender's name from their Front profile or allow it to be set elsewhere without the need to create a signature....
Use our company logo as the image when there are no emails in inbox instead of default image
This is just an aesthetic change but I believe it would make the tool look much more professional & "designed" for the company/team using it if they saw the logo there instead of the default cartoon
