Chatbot Analytics: Export detailed data

In the Chatbot Analytics report, it would be helpful to export detailed conversation data (customer<>bot messages) along with reports on whether a conversation was resolved / deflected / AI Answers used / etc.

Ending Chat - allow agents to end chat & see when a customer abandons chat

We'll allow agents to end chats for end customers and we'll also notify agents when the visitor abandons the chat conversation.

Currently chatbots are only available for Front Chat. We would like to use chatbots across other channels like SMS and WhatsApp as well.
