The summary's structure and granularity don't match all use cases. Support agents need more specific information than a collaborator or manager joining a conversation
Today, users can edit conversation subjects. However, the action is not logged in the activity thread. Admins need to track every action. Editing the subject of the conversation cannot be tracked (unlike most of the other actions)
Ability to verify chat visitor identity using fields besides email
Currently the Chat SDK allows you to verify chat visitor identity using email only. This would allow you to verify chat visitor identity using other fields like phone number or user ID.
It would be helpful if there would be an option to configure an alert to notify a specific email or all company administrators if anyone was granted company administrator authority.
