Only having the option to select offline hours for live chat creates a myriad of support problems for small teams juggling multiple jobs and the ability to simply turn it on/off with a single click would significantly improve the functionality.
Ability to expand and collapse the all-day events section on the calendar to view more than 3 all-day events at once
Today you can only see 3 all-day events at a glance per day. It is not obvious that users need to scroll to see the rest of the all-day events on that day. Suggestion to expand and collapse the top section.
Chat Visitors can view their chat history / prior tickets when accessing chat widget
Chat visitors can view their chat conversation history. This is important if the chat widget lives in a portal for current customers and they can view their prior chat history
Allow shared message templates to be created that can be used across multiple Workspaces. This saves admins from needing to duplicate message templates.
