Problem
When chat widget visitors return, they cannot view their previous chat conversations or related tickets, losing context of prior interactions.
Request
Display chat conversation history to returning visitors so they can see prior interactions and related tickets within the chat widget.
This was huge for us on Intercom and has been a big loss after moving to Front. Plz prioritize where possible!
