Keyboard shortcuts: Change Canned Response Shortcut command+shift+5 to something that isn't the same shortcut for a screen record on Mac.

Your current canned response shortcut is command+shift+5. This is the same exact shortcut as a screen record on Mac computers. I have disabled the screen record shortcut on my Mac for this reason. We often need to screen record for tech purposes.

Extend the notifications period for events

Currently, you can only go up to 4 weeks and 28 days. Can that be extended to 6-12 weeks and 30 days since most months have 30 days? It would be very useful!

CSAT: passing data into a survey

Once passed , the data can be saved as embedded data with the survey response, which can be retrieved on the backend easily. For tagging and reference purposes, if clients track projects on other CRM systems etc

Ability to group notifications when receiving multiple emails/assignments at once

When things are assigned to me in bulk all at once rather than getting 1 notification about it I will get individual notifications for each one. This is problematic when I get 20+ all at once. Would be great to have an option to group notification...
