It would be helpful to be able to see any KB drafts in one place, maybe a folder or a filter in the KB admin section.

Ability to feature new articles on KB homepage

It would be great to be able to feature new articles on the KB while also having them nested within the correct section/category. We want to be able to highlight new features to customers and have them in the right spot for people to find.

Allow a {{dynamic variable}} to display multiple items, 1 per recipient

For example, if I send an email to 10 people with {{first_name}}, the variable will fill out the first name for each contact in the recipient list.
