Personalize variables for each email recipient

Problem
When sending an email to multiple recipients using dynamic variables (e.g., {{first_name}}), the variables don't automatically populate with each recipient's unique information.

Request
Enable dynamic variables to populate individually for each recipient when sending to multiple people, so messages can be personalized (e.g., "Hi John" to John, "Hi Jane" to Jane).
