Feature new articles on Knowledge Base homepage

New Knowledge Base articles cannot be highlighted on the homepage while remaining in their section/category.

Ability to feature select articles on the Knowledge Base homepage while keeping them nested within their correct sections, so new content is prominently visible to customers in its proper location.
