Our untagged emails are originating from archived emails accessed via cell phones. We would like the required tagging rules to also apply to the email application on mobile devices.
It would be helpful if there would be an option to configure an alert to notify a specific email or all company administrators if anyone was granted company administrator authority.
When using Front to send SMS through Dialpad, sometimes customers will provide landline phone numbers instead which result in delivery failures. There is no clear way to get alerted when sending fails.

Improve visual difference between comments and messages
With the new redesign, particularly for SMS and WhatsApp channels, the internal comments vs actual messages are visually very similar and difficult to distinguish. This is particularly true for our SMS and WhatsApp channels.
Disable hidden mailboxes sync to Front contacts or make it optional
If the mailbox is hidden from the Global address list, it will not show in Outlook's address book, and will not populate in the "To" field if you draft a new message.
