Some KBs (i.e. Intercom) offer a tagline that users can add under a title. This is what shows up as the 1-line preview when scrolling through a list on the help center. Today, Front just shows a preview of the article content that gets cut off.

Drafts API: Drop requirement for supplying channel_id

Right now Front requires a channel_id to be supplied on calls to Create Draft endpoints - this is not required on send reply endpoints. Could we have the API select a default channel when the channel_id param is not supplied?

As a user who leverages snooze frequently, I'd like to change the 'Day & Time' snooze option to default to when I start my day (at 8am, instead of 9am), after a date is selected. I'd be able to snooze conversations accurately, with less clicks.
