Auto-include child tags in require-tag rules

Problem
When a parent tag has child tags that are regularly added, rule conditions using 'require tag' must be manually updated each time new subtags are created.

Request
Allow rule conditions to dynamically reference child tags of a parent tag so new subtags are automatically included.
