It would be awesome if scheduling links contained multiple time durations. For example if someone wanted to book time with me, they could choose the option between 15 minutes or 30 minutes based on one scheduling link.

Currently, when a team member responds to an email, it automatically subscribes them. Therefore, the 'shared with me' inbox is rising in volume rapidly. I would like to see the option to turn this off.

Expand visible comment length in email notification
When an agent leaves a private comment on a ticket, and that agent has enabled email notifications, they receive a truncated version of the comment by email, it only shows the first 200 characters and the agent needs to see more information.
