Option to prevent auto-subscribe on reply

Problem
Responding to a conversation automatically subscribes the teammate, causing the "shared with me" inbox to rapidly accumulate conversations they didn't request.

Request
Add an option to disable automatic subscription when a teammate replies to a conversation.
