I want the badge on my desktop and mobile app to display total number of open conversations, rather than either shared or personal.

Be able to customize Shortcuts (such as Cmd + T for Tag), to switch things around and do faster the commands you most use. More options for this feature, such as a way to quickly copy the conversation ID.

Add a chat widget landing page when visitor opens widget that offers different resources such as ability to start a chat conversation, view previous chat conversations, view Help Center articles, submit a CSAT rating, and more.

We would need to be able to test SLA rule on some conversations. Same as we can do with other rules set up. It will help to understand why one the condition set up does not work specially when you have lots of conditions and words.

This would be a helpful feature that would prevent the need to create new rules.

As an API user, the ability to create batches of resources, specifically Tags and Contacts, would be very helpful. I regularly hit my API rate limit when trying to migrate large groups of Contacts into Front

Use Vonage like Twilio to connect into WhatsApp. I'm not sure if this would be worth exploring as we look at expansion in Europe. Client in Germany brought this up.

Front now supports Dark Mode, but there isn't currently a way to get the users dark mode setting and apply it to a plugin.
