Show landing page when chat widget opens

Problem
When a visitor opens the chat widget, they're immediately prompted to start a conversation with no option to browse resources or review previous chat interactions first.

Request
Display a landing page in the chat widget with options to start a new chat, view previous conversations, access Help Center articles, submit a CSAT rating, and view other resources.
