Test SLA rules on conversations

Problem
SLA rules cannot be tested on existing conversations like other rules, making it difficult to debug why conditions aren't triggering when there are many conditions involved.

Add SLA rule testing functionality that allows users to validate rules against conversations, similar to testing other automation rules, to understand condition behavior.
