Changing the transcript email subject line from Front Chat
Currently, when the customer is being sent the transcript email from the Chat, the subject line is "Chat". It would be amazing if this could be configured to something more tailored for a better customer experience.
Ability to modify existing tones with AI compose to align with how their company speaks, or have the AI learn their companies tone and make a custom tone. Ability to have a tone selected by default.
Something that pops up when you enter the tool, similar to how Front provides feature updates. We want to use this for company announcements, in lieu of blasting an email to everyone in Front.
