Trigger rules when a conversation is split

When moving a message to a new conversation, there is no base rule trigger to automate actions on the new conversation. This idea suggests adding a new item to rule triggers for when a conversation is created from a split.

I would like to be able to copy a link to a knowledge base article directly from the righthand sidebar. Especially for sharing articles with colleagues in the comments to a conversation it would be handy if the link could be copied from there.

We use tags to track certain items that need to be paid out on a monthly basis. It would be very helpful to have a view of these tagged emails that have been archived so we could have them all in one place without them having to be Open.
