Have permissions specific to create/edit/delete Views.

Admins can select a subset of teammates and update certain settings in bulk. Users are still free to update the preference after the bulk update.

This is truly useful for very large companies.

Include conversation events (tags applied, rules applied, etc.) on audit logs.

Include security-focused events on audit logs. These could include: user logins/logouts, add IP addresses to all events, MFA success/failure

Ability to have more granular permissions when it comes to "rule creation". It would be important to have some rule templates/rule types that certain users can create

In the list of shared templates, expose the date that each template was last edited. This is useful for finding out-of-date templates that have not been updated recently.

Have the option to be notified/export audit logs. This can be via webhooks and/or a dedicated API endpoint. This is useful for: Monitor changes in workspace configuration on internal dashboards Add logs into SIEM platforms like Sentinel
