Templated calendar events

We create a lot of events in our calendar to manage our work and meetings. It would be great to save the event settings as a custom template that we could select again in the future.A small drop-down button like the snooze option would work.

Create an email from discussion

Ability to initiate an email message from within an ongoing Discussion. Ideally a colleague can start a discussion, and after we figure things out we can send an email to whatever was the subject, and keep the history of what was discussed.

From admin perspective I do not extend permissions to permanently delete emails to end users, since often they ask me to restore thing deleted in error or move to trash by spam filtering. All users have permission to delete/mark as spam, however, ...

Reusable components for templates

Be able to have reusable components (Eg headers and footers) that can be referenced within templates - so it's easy to maintain a constant look and feel and easy to make one change that will be reflected across all templates.
