Do not disturb on weekends

Enable weekends as an option in the Do Not Disturb schedule so that users will not receive notifications throughout the weekend.

Ability to customize the booking notifications sent to clients when they book a time using scheduling link

It would be helpful to be able to configure/customize the email notification body text to be the same for any booking that occurs using a particular scheduling link (the booking notification sent to a client who books using the link).

Currently, you can only go up to 4 weeks and 28 days. Can that be extended to 6-12 weeks and 30 days since most months have 30 days? It would be very useful!

Currently, if a channel needs to be reauthorized, only the admin is notified. We should extend this notification to all users, suggesting they contact their admin to reauth.
