Simple pinned-comments request

I'd like to request that the pinned-comment notification icon be moved to the bottom.

It's essentially never noticed by anyone where it is currently, so pinned comments are only useful if you remember that something was pinned or think to randomly see if anything was. I've even thought to make a comment to say that I pinned something important, but of course that's useless as soon as another email comes in or new comments move it beyond view.

Just moving it to where you make a comment would make them unmissable, which would be extremely valuable.
