Customize the default time of 'Day & Time' snooze option

As a user who leverages snooze frequently, I'd like to change the 'Day & Time' snooze option to default to when I start my day (at 8am, instead of 9am), after a date is selected. I'd be able to snooze conversations accurately, with less clicks.

Increase the character limit for Front Chat

The limit is set to 2000 characters currently, it would be nice if this could be increased to avoid needing to send multiple messages or direct the customer to another form of communication i.e. email when dealing with a more complex inquiry.

Add "conversation created date" to the exports

As of today the conversation created field in the messages export is based on segments rather than conversation ID. It would be nice to be able to filter by conversation ID being created.

Support Snooze activities in Intercom
