We speak to our members through multiple channels and currently only able to put Signatures on the bottom of emails. We sign off our messages really simple "Arran - Tech Support" however it's crucial that we do that so our members know who they're talking to and what department as we all send messages from the same account.
I feel this could be easily added into Front to appear for each member individually in their personal settings. That way it just always sits in the response box for messages. It could even be the same system that is used for the email Signatures
