Add signatures for non-email channels

Problem
Signatures can only be applied to email messages, but teams communicate through multiple channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) where identifying the sender and department is important when multiple team members share the same account.

Request
Enable signatures for non-email channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram) that appear in user message responses and can be configured per user so each team member can identify themselves.
