Instead of using the arrows, or typing in the order number you want a rule to fall into, having the ability to drag and drop rules in different order could be a better experience for customers who have cascading rules.
Create multiple links for single dynamic object / context link
Certain customers want to link to multiple systems from a single pattern. This feature would allow a user add more than one link to a context link / dynamic object.
In certain reports - especially the CSAT report - the "internal" account is counted in the same metrics as customers in the Accounts Table. It would be great to exclude them.
Be able to have reusable components (Eg headers and footers) that can be referenced within templates - so it's easy to maintain a constant look and feel and easy to make one change that will be reflected across all templates.
