Macros: "Move Message to New Conversation" as action
It would be nice if we had a macro option to move a conversation to a new message. Along with this option it would be super handy if we could preset the To address on the new message.
In the list of shared templates, expose the date that each template was last edited. This is useful for finding out-of-date templates that have not been updated recently.
Knowledge base: put title of article in url (instead of article id number)
For SEO and UX purposes put the title of article in the URL. For instance: https://help.front.com/en/articles/getting-started-with-knowledge-base instead of https://help.front.com/en/articles/2564
Add a new permission for managing shifts that can be added inside a custom role. This enables teammates other than full Workspace admins to manage shifts.
Customer requesting the ability to send an existing draft via API. They are requesting the ability to provide a message ID of the draft in a response that will initiate the sending of the message.
Restrict conversation actions for a specific inbox i.e. View-only inbox access
Today, teammates can be given different sets of conversation permissions (e.g. ability to send a reply) between different Workspaces. However, creating a dedicated Workspace just for this purpose can be over-the-top and have undesired side effects...
Limit who can add, edit and delete contacts and accounts. This could also include limitations on freely browsing through contact data in the contact manager, although, we cannot restrict the ability to view contact data entirely.
