Adding GIFs to Knowledge Base Articles

We would love to have the option to add GIFs to our Knowledge Base articles. An option similar to the already existing one in the Discussions chat field would be an amazing addition.

[core] AI Tagging - Only apply one tag from the list

Only of tag from the list selected in the rule can be applied. This would be an option similar to required tagging rule (see attached file) The closed tag is the one to be applied (context shared with Robert live).

Suggested contact list that can be created

When sharing a draft or adding participants to an email, it would be great to have a Suggestions list that can be edited. Ideally individuals or contact groups could be added.
