Export a contact list

Ability to create rules for an inbox delegated to me

Currently, you cannot create rules on a delegated inbox if not an admin. This is because the conversations live in a namespace you do not own.

Keep chat open past business hours settings

We noticed that when we are in the middle of a conversation with a customer, that if the business hours rules are enacted, the chat will shut down automatically. It would be nice if we had the option to continue an active chat past business hours.

Just like how we can send messages with your company email, please enable the idea that we can send scheduling invites through our company email instead of our own, especially if we use our company's calendar.

Merge convos in different lists

We need to be able to merge conversations that aren't in the same list (ie. merge an "open" with an "assigned" or "archived". Related: would be much more efficient to be able to do this from within an open convo (by searching on ID or subject line).
