I'd like to curate what emails are logged to salesforce. For example, we don't want to log internal only messages or calendar updates.
To have accurate data in Salesforce, it would be necessary to be able to select one or more emails that you wish to import directly from a conversation, and for these to be clearly defined as being 'received' or 'sent' in Salesforce.
