It would be nice to be able to have an SMS integration with Talkdesk so we can use that in both team communications as well as individual communication. Our sales team would like to be able to communicate with customers through SMS from their own ...

This would allow multiple people to collaborate on the Knowledge base via push and pull requests. It would also allow us to replace our very expensive Gitbooks subscription and keep everything within Front.

It would be great to have a plugin to connect to the Teamwork.com project management platform - be able to link tasks to conversations, create tasks, view client tasks etc.

Currently we can create articles via API, but are not able to add attachments to it, so the import cannot be fully done without attachments

Custom fields that are created for some module (e.g. contacts, leads) are not visible in Front either for edit or update. It would be great to be able to show these fields based on the plugin settings in Front.

External ID can be set when you create an account but afterwards there is no way to update it, this would be incredibly helpful if we could update the external id.

For some workflows, it is more desirable to keep conversations closed after task completion.
