This feature would be very helpful to handle duplicate emails.

Ability to schedule send a comment, as is currently possible with emails. Linked to internal task management use case - allowing an admin to plan ahead and schedule the notification in a timely manner.

Can Front support merging chat conversations? It is only possible, right now, to merge emails and tweets.

Today, users can edit conversation subjects. However, the action is not logged in the activity thread. Admins need to track every action. Editing the subject of the conversation cannot be tracked (unlike most of the other actions)
