Create drafts in Front app instead of popup

Problem
Draft composition opens in a separate popup window, which limits workflow. Users cannot work with Front plugins and integrations while composing drafts in the popup.

Request
Add a setting to create new message drafts in the Front app Drafts section instead of a separate popup window.
