Suggest "@" value based on the users' workspace

We have been running into assignation problems recently, since we have homonyms between our usernames.

People are used to "@" quickly in order to be efficient, however they sometimes do not look closely enough, and click "Enter" on the first suggestion, which isn't always the most relevant.

It still appears to be a really low priority, since this problem can be avoided by just paying enough attention, however it would be a nice-to-have to see suggestions of the "@" based on the user's workspace.

For example, if I try to tag one of my close teammates in Product (let's say it's a specific Workspace), I'd want when I "@" him that his name appears first in the list, rather than similar usernames located in other Workspaces.
