Tie a signature to a particular message template

Would be great to have some kind of popup (bottom right) when a new chat conversation comes in to better notify team members.

Currently, only New Unreplied can be used but not all unread messages need a reply. Unread first is a basic feature that I think a lot of people use!

It would be useful to prevent delays in Front and opening attachments. If we can set up a scheduled time every day to automatically clear cache and refresh instead of doing it manually and per user.

Clients want to flag certain emails in Highway through a plug-in in Front. This is a similar feature in outlook. This is typically a security risk/requirement that logistics customers may have.
