Link to standalone front chat window so customers don't need to embed on a website

Ability to trigger chat widget opening with a hyperlink (e.g., <a href> link) to make it easier to give customers direct access to chat.

Not jump to next email when you archive something / look at your inbox instead

There should be a way to not automatically look at the top email in each inbox when you archive something. Gmail currently takes the user to look at their main inbox - not a specific email/record

Alternate timezone displayed for scheduling confirmation email

Display either the timezone of the client who selected the slot via the scheduling link or display both the timezone of the organiser and the client in the confirmation email.
